Plan to arrive so there's adequate time for the counselor to discuss your case with you before the shift ends; final shifts of the day or shifts followed by a break may close early if waiting room is filled up. Busy shifts may require waiting for more than an hour, so bring something to do. The best time to come is when there is a long stretch of open hours. All counselors are volunteers and this schedule is subject to change on very short notice. Bring all relevant paper work (notices, letters, rental agreements, etc.).

Join online before you come in. Print and bring your receipt with you.
In-Office Rates: $40 Regular, $25 Low Income, $55 Household, $75 Sustainer. (Rates do not include the shipping of the handbook.)
